Why haven’t you shared the exact location of the building yet?
At this stage, we are keeping the exact location private to ensure a smooth purchasing process. Sharing the location too soon could invite competing buyers who may attempt to replicate our vision. Once we have secured the building, we will proudly announce the location and invite our supporters to see the space firsthand!

What is the Wellness Hub?
The Wellness Hub will be a dedicated space designed to promote holistic wellness, offering aromatherapy products, candle-making experiences, self-care workshops, massage therapy, prayer rooms, a theater space for events and performances, and rental spaces for small businesses. It will be a sanctuary for women seeking physical, emotional, and spiritual rejuvenation.

Is the Wellness Hub a nonprofit?
No, God’s Essence Wellness Hub is a business with a mission-driven focus on holistic wellness. Unlike nonprofits, we do not rely on grants or donations to operate, but this giving campaign allows our community to be a part of something bigger—creating a space dedicated to self-care, well-being, and entrepreneurial support.

Why are you raising funds if this is a for-profit business?
Our vision is to create a space that serves the community with affordable and transformative experiences. Instead of seeking traditional investors who may require a financial return, we are inviting our community to help bring this vision to life in exchange for perks, recognition, and the ability to enjoy the space when it opens.

How will my contribution be used?
Every dollar raised will go directly toward securing and building out the Wellness Hub, including:
Securing the building (down payment, lease, or purchase)

What happens if you don’t secure the building?
If we do not secure the building, every single donation will be refunded. All contributions will be held in a dedicated account until we meet our funding goal.

Will I receive anything in return for my donation?
Yes! We are offering perks for our supporters. See the Giving Tiers page.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
No, since God’s Essence is a for-profit business, contributions are not tax-deductible. However, you are directly helping to create a space that will positively impact the community.

We will be sharing regular updates via social media, email newsletters, and our campaign page. You’ll see behind-the-scenes progress, success stories, and how your contribution is making a difference!

Can I contribute anonymously?

How much money are you trying to raise, and by when?
Our goal is to raise enough funds to secure the building for the Wellness Hub. Every contribution brings us closer to making this vision a reality! Our goal is $1.5M.

Can I make a donation in someone else’s name?
Yes! You can donate in honor or memory of someone special. If you’d like their name to be recognized on our Wall of Gratitude, just let us know when making your contribution.

What happens if you raise part of the funds but not the full amount?
If we reach a significant portion of our goal but fall short of the total amount, we will explore alternative options, such as different locations, partnerships, or phased development. We will also communicate with donors about next steps before making any decisions.
